Maimonides · Regimen of Health

Maimonides' Regimen of Health (Fī tadbīr aṣ-ṣiḥḥa, c. 1198) — the practical cultivation masterwork of the Islamic Golden Age. Court physician to Saladin in Cairo, Maimonides adapted Galen's six non-naturals, placing the psychosomatic connection at the center ('the state of the soul governs the body'), advocating whole-person prevention, diet, exercise, and sleep moderation. Eight modules — bilingual (Chinese lectures + English teaching), with Chinese MP3 narration. (Wellness-focused; medieval remedies are historical, not health advice.)
