These Terms and your agreement with Cadvisor Consulting LLC shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Michigan, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or the Services provided by Cadvisor Consulting LLC shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiations. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiations within 30 days, either party may pursue resolution through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association, with arbitration to take place in Detroit, Michigan.
