Daoist Mind & Breath Cultivation

The Daodejing and Zhuangzi's Master of Nurturing Life — the headwater of Chinese thought on nurturing life. Four modules on Laozi (following nature, emptiness and stillness, suppleness, the restraint of desire) and five on Zhuangzi (finitude, Cook Ding, fasting of the mind, being at ease with time, and a closing synthesis). This is the subtractive line — do not deplete, do not contend, do not exceed — as distinct from the later additive traditions of elixirs. Nine modules, bilingual, with Chinese MP3 narration. (Intellectual history; contains no breathing techniques or preparations, and is not medical advice.)
